When I complete this art piece,

Will he ever see it?

When I complete my book,

Will he congratulate me?

When I complete this poem,

Will he ever read it?

When I complete this sentence,

Will it matter to him?

When I complete my journey,

Will he meet me?

When I am in my tear filled moment of weakness & longing,

Will I walk away with someone else who is not of My Heart?

I hesitate to complete what is important,

For when I get near the end, I fear he will not be there.

Will I ever feel truly satisfied? Will I ever feel complete?
